BILL RIGHT is a patient oriented service company. We offer medical billing advice and expertise to individuals struggling to make sense of their medical bills. Our service will determine the amount you really owe by summarizing your coinsurance and copay obligations and examining all Medicare and health insurance claims, benefits and eligibility requirements, provider bills and statements.
Initial Consultation
We want to hear your unique billing questions, issues and concerns! During this meeting, we will begin to evaluate your case and provide guidance. We will also provide an estimate of the time and effort required to complete a detailed and full resolution of your case.
Action Plan
We create a plan to address your specific insurance and billing issues. BILL RIGHT acts as your personal advocate. We serve as your voice to the provider’s office, insurance company, Medicare, and third party billing agencies. We sort through the details and present you with a summary of the actions needed and the correct dollar amounts due to providers. Your Action Plan assures that you pay only what you truly owe by eliminating coding errors, double billing, and incorrect payment posting.
Case Resolution
BILL RIGHT continues to assist you for 6 months or until successful completion of the Action Plan. It is common to receive additional bills or obligations after we prepare your Action Plan. We will update your plan to include any additional bills received during this 6 month period. This extended service is our personal commitment to resolving your medical billing concerns in a timely manner. Updates or services needed after 6 months may result in additional charges.
